If you come for longer than a weekend there is the possibility of slipping out of one national park into another.

The Yorkshire Dales National Park is well within a days bike ride,
nestling very close to the eastern edge of the Lake District National Park. Any of the holidays below are available all year round, but what you see, smell and experience are totally determined by the seasons.
