Guiding
Our team of road bike guides have many years of cycling experience and having lived and cycled in this part of the Lake District, they know this area like no-one else. We will ensure you get the most out of your guided full or half days cycling, with rides suitable for you or your group’s experience. We have three categories of guided road adventure rides: Easy, Moderate & Challenging. Meet the Guides.
How to Book
As all these guided road rides are custom made to match you or your group’s experience you can choose any type of road bike, including our extensive range of hybrid E-bikes and road E-bikes. These are all of available for hire at additional cost, or you can bring your own bike if you wish.
Please liaise with John by email or phone to discuss your plans and the availability of our guides. Guided rides cannot be booked online and will be invoiced separately.

Morning: | £85 (2-3 hour ride) + £30 each additional person (Start time 10:30) |
Afternoon: | £85 (2-3 hour ride) + £30 each additional person (Start time 13:30) |
Whole Day: | £155 (5-6 hour ride with lunch break) + £60 each additional person (Start time 10:30) |

The Routes
A spider’s web of lanes radiates from our hire base and with our unique local knowledge of this stunning area we have woven together some awesome routes. Ride through the verdant countryside, alongside lakes and becks, open landscapes with panoramic views over Morecambe Bay, Coniston Water and Lake Windermere. There is so much variety, so much space – a real adventure safari on lanes where you are likely only to see sheep, cows or buzzards soaring overhead. There is something for everyone to enjoy, whatever your age or cycling ability with each season bringing different displays. Easy, Moderate & Challenging.
