What is an E-Bike?
Electric bikes offer additional power. They have a full range of gears and you still have to pedal but the E-power makes cycling so much easier. Hills are no longer a problem! These E-bikes supplement our fleet of conventional bikes and can allow everyone to enjoy cycling with their friends and family. They have an E-power range of 60-80 miles (depending on battery size and usage) and a maximum assisted top speed of 15 mph but you can go as fast as you want downhill!
You have to be 14 years and over to legally ride an E-bike.

There were 3 of us in a group two on e bikes and my fit friend hired a road bike. By the end of the day he to wished he has an e bike as there are so many climbs to be discovered in this area. Perfect country for riding these ebikes.

I used this bike to ride the Coast to Coast from Bridlington to Morecambe and raised £8000 for charity. I took two of these bikes to ensure i had enough battery power for the entire ride… What a great ride on these fantastic bikes.

This bike is my personal “bike of the year 2020” see my news item to read more. What is so unique with this bike is its battery size of 500 Wh as most road specific frames have much smaller battery power and therefore less range.

I’m amazed with this bike! Recently I rode “Britains Best Ride” and only used a fifth of the battery power. This means realistically a whole 500 battery and Bosch motor could take on a 200 mile ride! Why because once over 15 mph the battery power is no longer in use, similarly when free wheeling the battery power is not in use.
It takes you up hills so much faster ,which allows you to ride even faster down hill. This bike is a real thrill.
